TAX EXEMPTION RECEIPT

✅ Please attach slip/receipt of payment or inventory document.

✅ Cash contributions to the Yayasan Food Bank Malaysia are eligible for tax deduction under Subsection 44(6) of the Income Tax Act 1967. Reference No: LHDN.AG.600-16/1/108.8533. Validity Period: 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2034.

✅ Receipt for tax exemption will only be issued upon receipt of Proof of Payment.
