UV Steriliser Service

Avenue K now offers UV Steriliser Service at the Information Counter from 10am-10pm daily. Using THEUVC.co Steril-Box, our friendly Customer Service staff will be able to help you sanitise large items like children’s toys, groceries and everyday objects easily within 15 seconds, achieving 99.9% sanitisation against Coronavirus. Enjoy this convenience and peace of mind, all for a donation of RM2 to Yayasan Food Bank Malaysia!

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR UV STERILISER SERVICE *

1. The UV steriliser service is available daily from 10am to 10pm at the Information counter, Ground Floor.

2. RM 2 will be collected for each time service from Customers (RM 1 for employees, tenants’ staff and immediate family members of City Properties Sdn Bhd (“AK Management”). All the funds collected will be donated to Yayasan Food Bank Malaysia.
3. Only the item less than 44 litre capacity (eg: mobile phone, tablet, keys, lanyard, toys and etc) will be acceptable for the UV Steriliser service.
4. Self Service (to put and collect the items) is require during the UV Steriliser Service. Customer Service Personnel will assist to check the UV Steriliser box and press the steriliser button only.
5. Customer must be present at the counter during the UV steriliser service. Leaving the items at the information counter are strictly not allowed.
6. Receipt for the donation will not be provided.
7. AK Management will not be responsible for any claims, losses, cost, demands, liabilities, charges, actions and expenses which may be made, claimed or instituted against them as a result of any act and/or breach of these terms.
8. AK Management has the right to change and alter the final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
9. AK customers are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions stated herein. AK Management’s decision on all matters relating to the redemption shall be final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, disputes or appeals will be entertained.
