Food Bank Cares: IGS ‘Food For Change!
A few days ago, Hero YFBM and IGS had the opportunity to donate children at the Nur Hati Shelter under the Food Bank Cares Mission: IGS Food For Change. This time, we have the opportunity to be kind to the children at the Mary Orphan Welfare Organization located in Taman Ayer Panas, Kuala Lumpur.
Basic food items are provided for the residents at this welfare center in addition to some activities can be done for these children. Activities such as hajj checkers/snakes, marble congkak games and coloring for children under 12 years old were done to enliven the mission this time.
As we can see, a sweet smile is etched on the faces of these children when they get a few hands/gifts from us. Apart from that, the children also had the opportunity to enjoy the delicious fried chicken donated by Texas Chicken Malaysia for lunch.
It is hoped that with a little bit of this small effort, it can have a big impact or impact in the lives of these children in the future. Thank you to all parties involved in making this mission a success.
